SNACKEX 2028 Trade Fair Registration will open end of 2027.
Trade fair dates: 21 – 22 June 2028, Vienna – Austria

Visitor entry is FREE OF CHARGE. In order to access the trade show you will be invited to pre-register ONLINE by clicking the below button. On site registration is also possible but waiting lines may form hence to gain speedy access it is best to pre-register online below once registration is open. FULL EXHIBITOR LIST WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE SNACKEX 2028 MOBILE APP. The app will go live and be available on all app stores free of charge in May 2028. Simply type ‘SNACKEX 2028’ once the app is live in the search field of your app store and it will come up.
On-site badge pick-up procedure for visitors:
1) Save the email confirmation with the barcode and have it available on site on print or your mobile device
2) Scan your barcode at the on site registration desks
3) Print your badge
5) Get your lanyard from the nearby containers
6) Wear your badge at all times in order to have access

Visitors are now able to purchase Welcome reception tickets. This event is very popular and a great business networking opportunity that must not be missed.
To be able to purchase your reception tickets you must first register as a trade fair visitor and within your account the option to purchase a ticket will be available. On site ticket sales are not possible, please purchase in advance to secure your spot.

SNACKEX is strictly for trade and business professionals related to the industry sector only
General public and persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted entry.
The organisers of SNACKEX strive to ensure that only qualified trade and business professionals attend the exhibition to deliver a productive business environment for both visitors and exhibitors. We reserve the right to request further proof of eligibility prior to badge issue, and also to refuse entry if necessary.
Badges are non-transferable and visitors found to be facilitating this will be not eligible for entry into SNACKEX or future exhibitions.
Please note that SNACKEX has a general no refund policy.
